FreeCiv can't find games saved to Dropbox

Hello everyone,

I have FreeCiv 1.1.10 installed on an Android device (version 4.4.2). I saved a game to my Dropbox account, to the required path:

$ ls ~/Dropbox/Applications/Freeciv/
Hannibal300AD.sav.bz2

In the Android device I am able to access the file with the Dropbox client. But when I request FreeCiv to list the games saved to Dropbox I only get this message:

Save your games to folder /Applications/Freeciv

And no games are listed. Anything else I need to do to get FreeCiv reading this game?

This problem is now reported as a bug.

After some fiddling around at civsync.com I noticed that the web version searches for saved games at /Apps/Freeciv, not in /Applications/Freeciv as FreeCiv 1.1.10 requests. After copying the saves to /Apps/Freeciv not only are they visible at civsync.com, but also in FreeCiv 1.1.10.

Following the instructions GNA!, this is problem is now reported as an issue at GitHub:
