freeciv-web: Wonders Become Unavailable

Hello!

A new bug has appeared where some wonders will be available for the first turn when I open a saved game, but after that they disappear and I'm left building a wonder that isn't available. Any thoughts?

The "O" in "Hanging Gardens(O)" means Obsolete (someone already knows Railroad).

Thanks for the bugreport to Freeciv-web. Could you please give me a little more information about
this problem of building wonders. I am able to build wonders when I tested it just now.
For example, start a new game, research Masonry, then you are allowed to build the Pyramids.
However, wonders do become obsolete or unavailable when someone else researches some specific technology
or builds the wonder first.

Are there specific wonders that you are now allowed to build? Are you playing some specific scenario?
How do I reproduce this problem?

Is the bug that one is allowed to start building obsolete wonder in the first place? Screenshot shows that the wonders being obsolete is the reason it cannot continue the next turn. Or do they get obsolete just that turn?

From the very similar report on freeciv-dev recently, it sounds very much like building obsolete wonders is spuriously being allowed just after the web client is started, but not afterwards.

Sorry for the delay!

The reason I think it is not a matter of allowing obsolete wonders to be built is that the wonders are unavailable immediately after I achieve a discovery. Rather, it seems as though the wonders are being labelled obsolete before they are even built.

In the screenshots below you see that I have just discovered Invention, yet I am unable to build leonardo's workshop - and it is highly unlikely that another player has discovered automobile this early in the game.

P.S. Oddly enough, you are allowed to build pyramids, copernicus' observatory, marco polos embassy. The first wonders I go after are the great wall, the great library, and leonardo's workshop - none of which are available.

I've added fix to that bug. i expect Andreas to apply it to freeciv-web server soon.
