when I click on a city, the opening of the dialog is very slow ( can be about 4 or 5 seconds to open the city dialog). I don't know if this bug is well known or common?

Does this happen always, or only when you open a city dialog for the very first time after launching the game?

It's in french, but I think it is comprehensible.
I would simply have have said that it is quite common, but not always occur till. But after reading your answer, I closed and start freeciv and I observed that the city dialog was opening very fast. I never catched this pattern before.
