If you're just looking for getting right difficulty game for yourself (as the lowest part of your picture suggest), easiest way is probably lowering the bonuses Cheating AI gets in the effects.ruleset.

It's fine, if it falls under Fair Use: https://copyrightalliance.org/faqs/what-is-fair-use/ , or if the work containing the screenshots also is GPL licensed (so you can't compile proprietary animations out of the screenshots)

The error message is same on all platforms, not Debian (& derivatives) specific. We can't list solution for all the different packaging systems (and package names) different distributions use.

Would it be clearer if the error message said "sqlite3 development files not found", like the message is for some other dependencies?
