If you're just looking for getting right difficulty game for yourself (as the lowest part of your picture suggest), easiest way is probably lowering the bonuses Cheating AI gets in the effects.ruleset.

It's fine, if it falls under Fair Use: https://copyrightalliance.org/faqs/what-is-fair-use/ , or if the work containing the screenshots also is GPL licensed (so you can't compile proprietary animations out of the screenshots)

Stable release 3.1.2

3.1.2 is a generic bugfix release. See the full list of changes.

Source code is available in the usual place. Compiled Windows packages aren't available yet, but should follow shortly; we'll post again here when they turn up.

The error message is same on all platforms, not Debian (& derivatives) specific. We can't list solution for all the different packaging systems (and package names) different distributions use.
