Emscripten client

Emscripten client development version running on my machine
I think we will get the emscripten client merged to freeciv source repository by freeciv-3.3.0-beta2. Anybody wanting to host a site serving emscripten based games? This could be based either on a (soon) stable freeciv-3.3, or a development version. You can have any rulesets that the standard server supports, and the client is web-version of the standard sdl2-client.
