New Sim ruleset game starting soon

The Sim07 game taking signups here:
https://longturn.net/game/Sim07/
Planned start: beginning of September. Turn duration: 25 hours.
The game will be classified as experimental, obviously, because the ruleset is highly experimental. Sim ruleset is about stretching the ruleset capabilities to the extreme and see what it can do, and all for the purpose of making the game as realistic as possible.
"Amateurs study strategy. Professionals study logistics."
More details about the ruleset:

But in short:
* There is a stack limit! More than 2-3 units on the same tile means defence penalties. More than 8 to 10 units on the same tile will usually mean Defence=0.
* Units now have a fixed number of combat rounds. This means that two undamaged similar units will mostly both survive initial combat. In order to completely destroy the enemy, you need to concentrate your forces.
* Units heal more slowly and not fully. No more "if I survive in the city with Baracks, the unit is at 100% the next turn". Healing requires resources and supply units you need to bring from cities or carry with you all the time.
* Spontaneous migration: you don't have explicit control over city sizes; population tends to move around by itself once conditions are met, but you can influence it with "quality of life" (namely, constructing buildings).
... and many more, you really, really want to check the manual for this one.
IMPORTANT! After signing up for the game, you need to confirm a few days before the start. This significantly reduces the amount of idlers. Best if you join our Discord, that way you get a reminder. If not, register with an email so you may get a reminder there, too.
