Freeciv 3D, the quest for hexagonal map tiles, and Copilot

By the way, Freeciv 3D has been revived at https://www.freecivworld.net/, the git repo is at https://github.com/freecivworld/freecivworld

I have been using GitHub Copilot trying to make the AI implement hex map tiles, the HEX_PLAN.md describes how the AI is planning to code the Hex mapview.

Is there a reason for constantly moving the project? Or does it differ from your other 3d freeciv projects? It seems to me that changing the web address constantly can only hurt the reputation and player base of the project.

Now I look at every Freeciv 3D site as a Project - an experiment, a fork, something new, like a 3D software painting, with a start, rise to fame and expansion, and then end. This time it might be more successful, because of AI coding tools which will help complete the 3D HEX version for Freeciv 3D, however, Hex map tiles is still a way out in the future.
