Source code is available on old freeciv series page. Compiled Windows packages aren't available yet, but should follow shortly; we'll post again here when they turn up.

Windows installers are now available.

Is this the last of the 3.1 line? 3.2.1 has been out for awhile.

Unless security vulnerabilities or other very serious issues turn up, yes, there's not going to be more freeciv-3.1 releases.

Thanks for this release. So far, I prefer gtk3.22 client. Gtk4 client loads CPU.
