Hello,

So I tried to go to OSDN to create an issue there, but it doesn't seem to be working. I just keep getting a white screen or a 504 error. I also tried to go back to the OSDN homepage to navigate to the tracker that way, but I couldn't find any links to FreeCiv.

I wanted to donate this patch file to add the (semi) imaginary nation of the Conch Republic to FreeCiv. Is there an alternate place I can drop this patch file if OSDN isn't working? Or is there a new tracker you're using?

We're moving to https://redmine.freeciv.org/projects/freeciv/, but you may still encounter issues with the registration, at least if you're using gmail address.

Thank you. I was able to register and create an issue for the patch (https://redmine.freeciv.org/issues/821), though my email is not a gmail. Only issue registering was the activation message getting caught by my spam filter, but I caught that.

For me, OSDN today shows 503 all the time. If it is wrong also for you, it is a next bug in a long sequence. Maybe we need to auto-import unclosed issues from there whenever it works?

Last time OSDN loaded properly for me was around last November. I've considered tickets there completely lost, but we can hope...
