Keyboard shortcut to load units

I play Freeciv Ver3.0.0 on Windows 10.

When loading a unit on a carrier unit, we can choose which ship to put it on.
However, when I use the keyboard shortcut, the selection dialog does not appear.
(Murphy's Law leads units to unexpected ship.)
I hope the selection dialog appear from the keyboard shortcut.
