How do I override the client choice when building v3?

I've just downloaded the v3.0 beta from the website, and have `./configure`'d it on my Devuan Linux. This went fine, but the chose client to build was Gtk-3.22, while I would rather try the Qt client. Looking at `configure --help`, I couldn't figure out how to specify that as my preference...
