Let's have a separate thread for WinXP-compatible builds of S2_6 where the usual minimum Windows version is Vista (i.e., normal builds do not work on XP)

OK. downloaded it, installed it, and ran it.
Seems good so I tried to tweak some (many) options with the classic ruleset.
There are many oddities which I'm still checking, but noteworthy is the famous blank research window and the default "tilesperplayer" which is set to over 1000.
