It was about freeciv-web. While we have not written down formal policy, I consider such issues about specific variant, and not about the main (desktop) freeciv, to belong forum of that variant. The reason freeciv-web specific forum was created in the first place was that we had very confusing reports here until we realized that the issue described was with freeciv-web and not with freeciv.

Ah, now I see. I hadn't realized that the thread was in Variants.
