Hey,

I've always dreamed of a more guided scenario while playing one. So when I heard from sveinung that events are supported I thought of this scenario since it is more something for a single player playing the biggest player the Soviet Union. I therefore could imagine windows poping up every turn explaining the historic events or when entering a tile how the political relations with the neighbours are. Or insurgent units poping up when you declare war on somebody or cross borders. What do you think? Somebody interested? Maybe as sole proof of concept. It could enhance the types of styles freeciv has to offer and on the same time maybe teach about historic events that aren't that much known.
