Attack by unit from transporter.

In my idea, when unit from transporter attacks city and there's special building in city, like coastal defense, transporter should taking damage. Also, helicopters should allow to attack from it(and also tacking damage if there antiaircraft defense), but units attacking from helicopters should avoid city walls.
