Paratroopers airdrop

I don't find a description anywhere how to "airdrop paratroopers". Can you supply help?

As long as a Paratrooper is in a city or airbase and still has a movement point left, in one of the menus there should be an option to drop the paratrooper. Then you click a tile in range and the paratrooper will land there, assuming there's no hostile unit there.
