Stable release 2.4.2

2.4.2 is a bugfix release. Among other things, it fixes an important pathfinding bug which could cause unattended aircraft to run out of fuel and crash. See the full list of changes.
Source code is available in the usual place. Compiled Windows packages aren't available yet, but should hopefully arrive shortly; we'll post again here when they turn up.
