FormAge requirement type for units. The difference to Age is that unit upgrading or converting the unit zeroes their FormAge. osdn #48848

Unit_Vision_Radius_Sq requirements now work on unit granularity. RM #94

This means that properties of individual unit can affect its vision radius. This used to work on unit type granularity.
