I deleted the culprit and re-installed the AIO. None of the 3 or 4 versions I tried worked.

The AIO pack installed all the versions 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

mir3x : You pointed me into the right direction and you may be curious about my woes, well, I finally got it all together.
After fooling around all those RunTime fix it files, I uninstalled everything and simply re-installed everything. Everything fell into place.
