Armistice and ceasefire length

I've finally made enough progress on my modpack's graphics that I can return to testing. I wanted to check in and make sure of something. In the [settings] section of the Game file, for the single-player 3.0 version, are there "armisticelength" and "ceasefirelength" settings like in the web version? I haven't been able to find any reference to such settings in the game documentation, but I've missed stuff before, so I want to make absolutely certain.
