default leader name and country

I like to play as the same leader name and country every time, and am annoyed that I have to select them every time. It would be nice if, when you you start a new game, those choices were stored in the freeciv-client-rc-3.x file and appeared as default values when you start your next game.

There is no way to set them via server commands or lua scripting.
