Crosser updated to version 2.5.

Builds made coming night should be the first ones using crosser-2.5.

This hopefully resolves issues with Qt6-client build with meson, from master (freeciv-3.2). Update is less exciting for older branches (freeciv-3.0 and freeciv-3.1)

Since the last update to this thread, nightly crosser builds have mostly moved from the old system to a new one (not going to technical details of the update here). The old system still builds nightlies from master (and likely will build both S3_2 and main branch, after S3_2 gets branched), but no longer from the older branches.
Builds from the new system are uploaded to the same location as most other nightly builds: https://files.freeciv.org/nightly/

Latest updates are that default installation location is now the correct 64bit directory ("Program Files") and no longer ("Program Files (x86)"), and that uninstaller now properly removes the keys freeciv has written. Latter change went in just today, so builds on the coming night are first ones to have the issue corrected.
