Allow to enable secure obscurity messages/diplomatic plans secure.
In this mode, when player are sending message to public chat, game checks if it contains player/nation name and show question to really send this message, if it contains mentioned parts.
For example: Hi <SOMEONE>! I plan to attack <OTHER PLAYER> in 5 turns. Would you like to join this conquest.
Game message: This message contains:
1. Nation name: SOMEONE
2. Player name: OTHER PLAYER
Do you wanna still to put this IN GLOBAL CHAT. Everybody can read it!

Thanks. I do not play normal client, but web clients. I do not saw ally chat there. I saw message from my ally in chat window and response globally. There is not separate window for ally chat, so this feature is not exposed already or web client is not feature complete. If second, I will post to web client subforum them.
