Generic requirement vector for units (freeciv-3.2 change)

Reading the ticket was confusing. Does this mean that units have a requirement field like most other objects now?
If this is the wrong place for a question like this, tell me and I'll delete it.

Yes. See supplied rulesets (e.g. the default civ2civ3: https://github.com/freeciv/freeciv/blob ... ts.ruleset )
