Re: Caravel penalty
Courthouse? In what a ruleset? Traditionally, for the removal of penalty in early govs serve Pyramids. Usually in the early game you don't have enough trade to celebrate. In single player, usually you just head towards Monarchy or Republic as quickly as possible. In multiplayer, Pyramids often seem to pay for themselves (or in some ruleset, if you are ahead in science, you could choose to develop a technology that serves specially for removal of the penalty).vego wrote: ↑Fri Jun 17, 2022 9:51 am Everyone knows the problem with "tiles penalty"

It would be preferred that freeciv-web related stuff is kept in their own variants/freeciv-web section, and rest of these forums would be for freeciv itself.
