I have been using freeciv-gtk3.22 with homebrew on a Mac for a while with no issue. It recently updated to gtk4 and now I cannot use it without minimizing it and reopening it between every 2 or 3 mouse clicks to regain control. Any resolution? That sounds similar to what both of you are reporting, ...
