The script works automatically for the 3.1.4 version.

Could you write what are main improvements of the gtk4 client? Is it more convenient than the gtk3.22 client?

1. Download freeciv-3.1.3.tar.xz
2. Put the archive in freeciv-genbuild
3. Run installation script (I did it on Linux), and it will work with the archive.

I've tried installing 3.1.3 with generic install script. I've got problem downloading code archive from cyfuture.dl.sourceforge.net. Is it temporally not accessible?

Yes, it is an issue of the gtk4 client. I have installed the gtk3.22 client, everything is fine.

On 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 the fan is always rotating during the 3.1.0 game, gtk4. On gtk3.22, game version 3.0.10 it is not rotating. So, I keep playing 3.0.10.

In the current game, there are 26 cities in my country. I need clever governors to save time. It is boring to control everything myself. There is not scientific retardation.
