Freeciv

I would like to suggest that the freeciv wonders be altered slightly.

Possibly two of the most important wonders are J.S. Bach's Cathedral and Michelangelo's Chapel. These are both based on religion. Running a less religious state could become more difficult without these wonders.

These wonders also offer significant citizen happiness increases. I think these wonders may be too effective. I would like to suggest lowering both of these wonders to one happy citizen made content in each city before electricity and then two after. I would also like to nominate the colosseum as a wonder (see my other thread) and have it make 1 or 2 citizens content in each city. I think some sort of Mount Rushmore should be added as well possibly adding one or two contentment points to each city. (It increases popularity of the state).

Reducing some wonders and adding others I think may help to distribute the happiness among different nations instead of one nation having citizens that are never unhappy lol.
