WW1 mod

I looked in Rulesets and modpacks and couldn't tell if there was a mod featuring WW1. I would like to see that starts in 1895, with a detailed naval arms race (see https://archive.org/details/janesfighti ... 0unse_s9y0).
I once did a 3 years study on what Germany could have done to avoid fighting a 2 front war. A former US Army captain (who did the work of a major), who had ref'd 2 games on WW1, saw my 60+ page study and said that I would have made a good Prussian general! I suspect that if WW1 had never been fought, or fought on different terms, then maybe WW2 would never have happened.
A relative who was a vice principal of a high school heard of my attempt to convert board wargames into computer games, remarked that "the kids would eat this up."
