Nets tile extra

Granularity ruleset has tile extra Nets, for oceanic tiles. Graphics would be needed for all tilesets.

Sill missing for most tilesets, including the default hexemplio.

The amplio graphic doesn't work for hexemplio? I made it for both.

Hexemplio worked fine.
I also tried to use trident version for isotrident, but I think it's a bit too big. Especially next to coast, lots of the nets appear over land.
