A blast from the past... These sprites were elaborated (by me) around v2.3 epoch or in any case before such buildings went mainstream (maybe they were only in the experimental ruleset).

It is what i have for the Hospital building since then... Maybe some one else will like it too. It's a bit old-fashion I also have a *cough* modern *cough* Genetic Lab building, but I am not too fond of that. License? IC SVNT LEONES.
GPL current is fine. I am not much into legalese...
EDIT1: Magic Words as suggested for license -> GPLv2+ or later.

Say magic words "GPLv2+" (GPL 2, or later) if you want these to be usable in freeciv proper. Lawyer might interpret "GPL current" as GPLv3 (or GPLv3+).

Maybe too late - but here's some images for genetic_lab and hospital that I found. These are "public domain" and so GPLv2+. I like them better, maybe replace the ones in extra_buildings.png?
