Sneak peek of the new freeciv.org services I'm working at.

This is still in testing on my private network - not in the public Internet, and not in freeciv.org.

In case using freeciv-ruleup yourself to get your custom ruleset updated from freeciv version to next seems a bit hard, maybe this service to upload a 3.0 ruleset & downloading 3.1 one will help: https://www.cazfi.net/freeciv/ruleup.mp4

First, a warning: As the service as a whole is available by Anonymous access, anyone can see (even download the results) the "builds" you've made with it. So don't use it for any ruleset you want to keep under wraps.

The service has now been made available. It uses freeciv-3.1.0-alpha5 ruleup to do the conversion.
