Wiki sidebar covering main table

See image below. The sidebar is covering the table and there and is no scrollbar. When I zoom out, everything zooms out, too, and the problem remains. I opened the editor, but I don't know what needs fixing.

Maybe a browser issue? Works OK for me with Firefox on a Mac, when I resize the window the table text re-wraps to fit.

Yes, when I have done this table it looked poor on my phone, alas... If I knew what to do I'd probably done it.

For the worst of these I resort to using inspect (from the context menu <RMC>), and then delete the side bar.
