S3_1-alpha3

S3_1-alpha3 is the final testing version of freeciv for datafile formats (ruleset / tileset / musicset / scenario / etc formats) before their formal freeze for freeciv-3.1.
Source tarballs for S3_1-alpha3 are in http://files.freeciv.org/packages/windo ... _1-alpha3/
Windows installers can be found from http://files.freeciv.org/packages/windo ... _1-alpha3/
For completeness sake, also the alternative installer_cross based Windows installers are available from http://files.freeciv.org/packages/windo ... _1-alpha3/
Please test, and report any issues, especially ones that would prevent declaring datafile formats ready for freeciv-3.1.
