Italian translation ("Matteo Cavada")

Anybody know Matteo Cavada who was about to work on Italian translation, or how to contact him?
Judging from how the mailing list has mangled his sender address (an "outsider" sender), he has not subscribed to freeciv-i18n mailing list where he sent an email. That likely means that:
1) He has not received any of the replies sent to the mailing list, unless he has then checked them from the archives
2) We don't know his email address
