Proposed feature: generate_skips.sh to accept only known domains as parameter

osdn #43365: Targeted to freeciv-3.0: Make generate_skips.sh helper script to validate its input in a way that it accepts only translation domain it knows to exist. Currently it accepts anything, but certainly any domain it doesn't know about is a typo (assuming it gets updated to any change to set of domains - if there ever be such things again)
