Proposed feature: Add "Draw size of the unit stacks" to View menu of gtk-clients

osdn #43377: Targeted to freeciv-3.1: Currently setting "Draw size of the unit stacks" is only available via Game -> Options -> Local Client in gtk-clients. Add shortcut for it to View menu, where all the other similar options are present already.
