Proposed feature: Stress in combat help that text is accurate for classic, not default ruleset

osdn #43298: Targeted to freeciv-3.0.0: Unfortunately help about combat is not accurate for the new default ruleset, civ2civ3. As it seems that there's no imminent update to the text coming, let's at least make the situation clear to a user who reads current text.
