Proposed feature: Marathi legend typofix without invalidating translations

osdn #42609: targeted to freeciv-2.6: What otherwise would be a simple typofix for the nation legend, has a bit controversial proposal how to handle translations. Instead of letting existing translations to get fuzzified (invalidated) because there's no longer exact "English language string" that they were written for, I plan to directly edit the "English string identifier" to one with the typofix so that those existing translations keep on working as if there was no change to the English string at all.
