Answers to some allegations against Freecivweb.org

Allegation: Freecivweb.org changed the license of Freecivweb to be more restrictive.
Untrue. Freecivweb.org has rules for contributing to our repository and Terms of Service for using our site. AGPL licenses apply to source code and not to repository policies or site rules of conduct.
Allegation: Freecivweb.org won't submit code to public users of their server and aren't AGPL compliant.
Untrue. Freecivweb.org is under license obligation to release code to its users. Anyone may access our public git repository*. Software licenses do not force an organization to involuntarily accept users who violate their code of conduct.
