Art required for freeciv proper (3.1)

The new infrapoints based extra placing, that a ruleset can use instead of / in addition to Workers building extras, requires "cursor" sprite. osdn #42980

Thanks. That should resolve amplio & amplio2 part of it. Waiting art for other tilesets (especially hexemplio that is the default tileset)

New event icon ( data/misc/events.png ) needed for finding a map from a hut.
