Do you see links in the man pages?

Freeciv users on Linux (and Windows): could you please check the man pages and check something for me?
At the command line, enter (or freeciv-server or freeciv-modpack, for that matter). Documentation appears. Look towards the end, in the Bugs and More Info sections. Do you links to web pages in those sections, or not?
Windows users, I don't know whether or not Freeciv provides you with man pages. If the above command does not show you documentation, then no worries. I guess man pages might only exist on Unix-like systems such as Linux and macOS.

But on my macOS computer, I don't see the links. Instead, I see:BUGS
