New MP2 release nearing completion!

Freeciv-Web is proud to announce, for its new major upgrade of freeciv server, a new release of MP2 ruleset to use most of these new features!
However, there is still a short time left for user input on new features you'd like to see in the server or the ruleset. So this is a categorical announcement that the public may know and opt in or out of participation in that!
