Hard limit on maximum number of city trade routes increased to 20, i.e., the ruleset can make that many trade routes available.

Terrain pollution and fallout cleaning times (same values applying to all extras) have been replaced by separate clean time for each extra. If you want pollution and fallout cleaning time to differ, that's possible with "Activity_Time" effect introduced earlier.
