I noticed that happened a partition between the Thai AI and a new Khmer AI and I look for his old capital in map and it was now a pirate city. In this game I partitioned the Portuguese between Portuguese and Brazilian and I was trying to do the same thing against the Thai (I conquered his 2 previous capitals and was sending ships against this city that the pirates conquered). I remembered that deep learning is a thing but I don't know if there is this thing in freeciv source code. Do AIs learn from us?

Oh, no, Freeciv builtin AI is totally rail-driven algorithmic one. There was HIRO AI that learned play Freeciv pretty good, but I doubt you own it.
