Sometimes legionaries join you through your explorer but they are in a territory of another nation with a peace treaty and can't move top go to some of your cities because of it, and ever if you cancel the treaty they can't move out of your zone of control... but if if became in foreign territory some number of turns it can be disbanded... How to not lose this unit?

It's a long known problem discussed e.g. here. Currently, alas, there is no solution (you may try break the treaty and ask for armistice, or make a union, or just declare war, but it's not often possible or worth the unit). Maybe in future games units in this situation will be expelled insto deatroyed.

I saved this unit through an alliance. The AI was not satisfied with the tech currency, when I gave both currency and trade the ai accept the alliance.

Spies can move to the nearest city automatically after a successful mission, maybe the solution to this problem is that when an unit (any unit) is trapped in the territory of another player that signed a peace treaty the unit have the power to move to the nearest city of the owner like the spy after a successful mission. In this way treaties would be respected and units would only be disbanded if the player actually had the intent to make these units stay in the another player's land.

Bad idea in case of multiplayer games, because is exploitable (one may intentionally change diplomatic state just to gain effect of jumping units.
