Hi. I created a new account tonight on https://www.freecivweb.org/ to play and save single player games. I never got a confirmation/activation email, but not sure if I should have. After spending time reading Help I got an inactivity warning and I think it ended my session. Now when I try to login it says the password is invalid. If I try and reset the password it says "error, password was not reset". If I try and create another user with the same username it says the username already exists. If I try and delete the account it says "deactivate user failed". Is there anyone who can help me or help me help myself?
