Unit movement.

I'm developing Progress: Call To Power. I like idea about split game in two phases: one to give unit order and next to move in way similar to realtime. The idea was inspired by Frozen Synapse game. I have an license for Frozen Synapse game, but never found a time to play it, so sorry for use this game title in my post, but idea is similar.

Players give orders in the same time. Units move in some manner (currently progress didn't change the way to realtime) after each player click 'end turn'.

You must take in mind, progress will allow to units of many player, even in war, to be placed on the same tile. To attack enemy, you must move your unit on the same tile and give it attack order. There was also fly order, etc.

Please, refer to: https://forum.freegamedev.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7633 . Someone in this thread told me, you probably like my idea and maybe merge my changes made to Progress (fork of Freeciv) to ... Freeciv/LongTurn? If someone could do this, I will be happy. I will help in this goal.
I will also appreciate any opinion about Frozen Synapse movement or my ideas, because a lot of things should be thought and a lot lines of code must be wrote.
