2.6 Iso-Hex Tile Selection Offset bug #24031

Tile selection is messed up in iso-hex tilesets. Both hexemplio and isophex are affected. Selection anywhere in the magenta box selects the highlighted tile. Occurs in 2.6 GTK2 & QT, but not 2.5 GTK (Didn't check QT).
I didn't see any bugs about this in the first two pages on GNU, so thought I'd put this up here to make sure it's known.

This has been kicking around for a while in 2.6+. There's a less-precise ticket for it:
bug #24031.
(I haven't looked into it at all.)
