How to save a multi-player game?
It is important to make a pause sometime, don't know how to save a game with a co-player

Type "save <filename>" into the server console or "/save <filename>" into the client chat line (without the "), with <filename> being the name you want to save the game as. Later, you can load it either by starting a server and typing "load <filename>" into the server console, or by starting a server with "-f <filename>" (e.g. "freeciv-server.exe -f <filename>" on windows).
